When should I choose mental health services?

We can help if you're not feeling like yourself, confused about a personal situation, experiencing anxiety or depression, or overwhelmed with everything going on in your life right now.

Mental health services allow you to schedule a visit with a licensed therapist, or with a board-certified psychologist or psychiatrist for help managing medications or more-serious diagnoses.

Therapists, psychologists,and psychiatrists are available for appointments seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. local time, from wherever you are most comfortable, by phone or video.

How do you match me with the right mental health practitioner?

Prior to scheduling a visit, you will complete a questionnaire about your preferences for your mental health professional as well as answer questions about what your specific needs are. You will be able to choose from all matching specialist profiles, which will display information including gender, language, and specialties

Can I talk with the same therapist every time?

Yes. You can talk with the same specialist throughout your treatment. You are also able to change therapists at any time.

Is there a time limit on visits?

The average mental health visit is 45 minutes, similar to an in-person therapy visit.

How much does a typical visit cost?

CeyeraHealth members and their legal dependents above age 18 have a $0 cost per visit and can use this benefit as often as needed. Continued visits with a therapist last as long as you feel you need them.

Everyday Care Telemedicine / Children & Family

When should I use Everyday Care Telemedicine service?

Teladoc’s doctors are U.S. board-certified internists, family doctors and pediatricians licensed to practice medicine in the U.S. When you request a visit, you will be connected with a doctor licensed in your state. You should choose Everyday Care when you want to talk to a doctor or pediatrician by phone, video chat, or mobile app about non-emergency health issues like sinus problems, respiratory infections, allergies, flu symptoms, rashes, and many other illnesses. Your doctor will diagnose your symptoms and provide treatment, which may include a prescription.

Does the doctor review my medical history before a visit?

We will ask you to complete a brief medical history prior to requesting your first visit, similar to filling out forms before an in-person doctor visit. You can update your medical history at any time through the MyBenefitsWork app.

Your medical history is stored on a HIPAA-compliant, encrypted central server. Before each visit, the doctor will review your medical history with specific focus on chronic illnesses, current medications, allergies, and any changes in your medical condition.

Complete instructions are provided for you in your Ceyera Health member book that will be mailed to you.

How much does a typical visit cost?

CeyeraHealth members and their legal dependents have either a $0 or $15 cost per visit based upon the plan you are on. Members can use this benefit as often as needed.

Is there a time limit on visits?

There is no time limit, however most issues are resolved in under 15 minutes.

Can the results of a visit be shared with my primary care physician?

Yes. With your consent, we can share any of your telemedicine visits with your primary care physician or pediatrician.

Confidentiality

Are all my sessions confidential?

Yes, all four benefits are completely confidential unless you request to release the information yourself.

Prescriptions

Can I get a prescription?

Teladoc doctors do not guarantee prescriptions. It is up to the doctor to recommend the best treatment. Teladoc doctors do not issue prescriptions for substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic, and/or certain other drugs that may be harmful because of their potential for abuse. How are prescriptions sent to the pharmacy?

Teladoc does not dispense prescription drugs. If the doctor prescribes medication, it is submitted electronically or by phone to the pharmacy of your choice. Prescriptions are typically available in about an hour after your visit. We suggest contacting your selected pharmacy to confirm when your prescription will be ready. How long does it take for my Ceyera Health plan to be in effect?

We process your application immediately and as soon as you receive your membership kit, your account will be active. Members will receive a personalized Ceyera Health fulfillment kit in the mail typically within 5-7 days of joining. The kit includes two plastic ID cards and a booklet with instructions on how to use services.

How can Ceyera Health provide these services at such a low monthly membership fee?

Are there any limitations on using the telemedicine benefit?
